Sentinel by Dudoxx
Sentinel reads box-labelled paper forms in batches of tens of thousands — scans and faxes included — scores every single answer, and shows your team only the answers worth a second look.
Why Sentinel
Today, someone reads every page and types every answer again. It is slow, it does not scale, and errors slip into data that decisions depend on.
Capabilities
Six capabilities, built around one rule: a wrong value is worse than a blank.
| Question | Answer | Confidence |
|---|---|---|
| Question 4 | Yes | 98% |
| Question 7 | 3Worth a second look | 71% |
| Question 9 | Could not readFlagged for a person | 12% |
Built for bulk
Checkboxes, number boxes and handwriting, read from box-labelled forms and written to your target structure. German standard forms are ready; other European and custom forms are added per project.
Measured throughput
1,373 pages per hour
Measured on our own servers in Germany: a batch of 30,000 pages in about 22 hours.
See supported standardsIntake
Drop one archive or several scanned files. Each page is tied to its document before anyone reads it.
Quality
The overview shows how often accepted answers are right, how many go to a person, and how many pages pass each hour.
Reporting
Each improvement is measured the same way, so you see what changed and by how much.
Upload single pages or batches of tens of thousands. Poor scans and faxes are expected, not rejected.
Each answer carries its own confidence, shown as a number, so nobody has to re-read a whole page.
When an answer is unclear, Sentinel marks it as unreadable instead of guessing. A blank you can see beats an error you cannot.
Doubtful answers come first, next to the part of the page they came from. Correct them without reaching for the mouse.
Columns that match your target format, fixed number and date formats, and documented codes for missing answers.
Every correction records who changed what and when. The original reading stays visible next to the human one.
From paper to data
Faxes, crooked scans and bent phone photos arrive every day. Sentinel reads them, gives every answer a confidence score and leaves a field blank when it cannot read it, so a person checks only what is in doubt.
The paper you already receive
Reads every answer, scores how sure it is and flags doubt instead of guessing.

Export formats
How it works
No new habits to learn. Upload, review what matters, export.
Step 1
Drop in scans, faxes or photos of filled forms, one page or a whole batch.
Step 2
Check the answers Sentinel is unsure about. Confident answers are already done.
Step 3
Download clean, verified data in the format your analysis already expects.
Trust and privacy
Sentinel is built for sensitive data. It runs on-premise, uses no outside AI provider, and keeps a person in charge of every doubtful answer.
Powered by the Dudoxx fine-tuned LLM agentic pipeline, the result of four years of Dudoxx research and development.
Runs on your own servers. Documents never leave your environment and never train a model.
Designed for health data under European data-protection law, with a named processing location.
Sentinel proposes, your reviewers decide. Nothing doubtful reaches your data without a human check.
Every answer can be traced back to its page, and every correction to its author.
Who it is for
Registries, clinical studies and every team that still receives filled paper forms.
Clear the intake backlog without re-typing, and without trusting a black box.
Raise data quality without adding a validation burden or a privacy risk.
Receive columns you can analyse straight away, with blanks and unreadable answers kept apart.
Know where the data is processed, and prove that it stayed inside.
Sign in and send a first batch. Your pages never leave your premises.
